- Notice is hereby given that THE WILLARD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will meet in a regular session Thursday December 3, 2020- 6:30 p.m. Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South Willard, Utah, 84340 A work- session will be held with the Willard City Council immediately after the Planning Commission meeting to discuss the Planned Development Ordinance and Open Space Requirements AGENDA (Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed and may be tabled or continued as appropriate.) Public Comment may or may not be taken 1. Prayer 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Roll Call 4. General Public Comment (Input for items not on the agenda) 5. Discussion/Action Items a. Preliminary Plan Review submitted by Heritage Land Development for the proposed- The Orchards at Willard 6 lot Subdivision located at approximately 350 South 200 West - Parcel #02-051-0238 and 02-051-0088 6. Approval of November 19, 2020 Planning Commission meeting minutes 7. Commissioner/Staff Comments 8. Work-Session with the Willard City Council to discuss the Planned Development Ordinance and Open Space Requirements 9. Adjourn
