- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Elwood Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Dec 1, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, regarding the adoption of the subdivision ordinance we will be repealing and replacing section 11.10 with the new sections 11.10. The ordinances are available at the Town Hall for review. All interested citizens are invited to attend at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North.
