- Notice of Public Meeting and Budget Approval Agenda American Fork Metropolitan Water District Board Meeting To be held December 8th, 2020; 6:30pm At the American Fork Public Works Building Conference Room Masks and social distancing required to attend 1. Review of the 'Little Manual of Local and Special Service Districts.' a. Review of policy and training on local and special service districts. Each member of the board trustees should within one year of taking office complete online training. Must also complete within one year of being reappointed. Follow up. b. Still need to appoint 1 board member, Ernie to discuss with Mayor. 2. Discussion of city water supply update. a. Discussion of purchase and sale of water rights. (May go into executive session as appropriate and approved by statute.) 3. Review and approval of Year-to-date Financial Report & Budget a. Review and approve Fin. Statements August, September & October 2020. b. Review and approve Meeting minutes from September 1st 2020 meeting. c. Review and approve budget for 2021 year. 4. Discussion of items to add on to the next month's agenda: 5. Next meetings to be held March 2nd, June 1st, September 7th, & December 7th, 2021.
