- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings via electronic or telephonic means on December 8, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The hearings include: - Brylee North - A proposal to rezone land near parcel 59.034.0140 from Agriculture to MF2 & Commercial Regional (CR) and a general plan amendment to change the land use designation from Neighborhood Residential 2/Employment Center to Neighborhood Residential 3/Regional Commercial. The parcel is located to the east of Eagle Mountain Boulevard north of Brylee Estates. - Woodward Property - A rezone of approximately 4.75 acres of land from RA1 to RA2 near 5200 N Lake Mountain Road. - Hidden Hollow Phase C - A Preliminary Plat application for 134 residential units on approximately 40 acres of land near Hidden Hollow Parkway & Pony Express Parkway. - Scenic Mountain Phase C - A Preliminary Plat, Site Plan, & Conditional Use Permit applications for 84 residential units on approximately 5.39 acres near 4348 E. Iverness Rd. Those interested in the hearings are encouraged to provide public comment through voicemail message at 801-789-6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings.
