- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive input, then consider for approval a request from Jeff Simper for a conditional use & design review for an accessory structure located on property at approximately 65 South 100 West. Tax Id. #10-019-0009
