- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment during this meeting may attend in-person, submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov or publiccomment@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone, and via voicemail at (801) 963-5400 ext. 3709, no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled electronic meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members. All comments received are shared with the Planning Commission and added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Request to amend the Hacker Subdivision 2 plat including property at 6511 S. 1300 W.; 6499 S. 1300 W.; and 6491 S. Cart Path Court. File #9S20. Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Text Amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code, Title 17: Storm Drainage and Flood Control Development, to align with Utah State Statutes. File #11Z20 Discussion of Zoning Map Analysis for the area bounded by the following description: south of 4800 S., north of 5400 S., east of Canal St., and west of the Jordan River. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
