PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH December 8, 2020 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting through ZOOM on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, commencing at 6:00 PM. We encourage email comments and concerns sent to lhellstrom@pleasantviewcity.com The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of allegiance: Sara Urry Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Sara Urry Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public) Consent Items: - Minutes of November 24, 2020 Business: 6:05 P.M. 1. Public Hearing - Discussion and possible action to consider a rezone from MUE (Mixed Use East) to C-2 (commercial) on parcel #19-063-0029 property located between 2700 N and 2550 N on 600 W, Resolution 2020-14. (Presenter: Jill Hunt) 6:20 P.M. 2. Set the 2021 City Council meeting schedule. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 6:30 P.M. 3. Closed Meeting - Discuss the character and professional competence of individuals. 7:30 P.M. 4. Closed Meeting - Discuss pending or reasonable imminent litigation. 7:45 P.M. 5. Discussion and possible action from the closed meetings. Other Business Adjournment The City Council at their discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
