PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mt Pleasant City will be holding a Public Hearing in conjunction with State Code 10-8-8 'A municipal legislative body may vacate the same or parts thereof, as provided in this title.' The hearing is regarding deeding the roadway located at 100 East between approximately 60 South to 100 South to the North Sanpete School District. This meeting will be held December 22, 2020 at 6:00p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT. The public is welcome to attend. In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available. Request for accommodations and interpretive services must be made three (3) working days prior to the meeting. Please contact the city office at 435-462-2456 for information or assistance.
