Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend an electronic public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 7:00 pm. The Planning Commission will be considering a proposed text amendment to the impervious surface requirements in the Chapter 17-7-3 (Multifamily Residential - Medium Density Zone [RM-12]), Chapter 17-7-4 (Multifamily Residential - Medium to High Density Zone [RM-25]), Chapter 17-7-6 (7200 S Overlay Zone [72O]), Chapter 17-7-12 (Regional Commercial Zone [RC]) and Chapter 17-7-13 (Clean Industrial Zone [CI]) of the Midvale City Municipal Code. This request has been made by LuAron Foster on behalf of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Restaurant. This meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting.
