- Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. 1. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from October 6, 2020. 2. Selection of Chairperson. 3. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2020-20, an Ordinance rezoning Parcel Number 09-046-0026 from RE-2 (Residential 2-Acre) to RLD (Residential Low Density). 4. Closing remarks by Vern Fielding. Adjourn
