- PUBLIC HEARING The La Verkin City Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 6:00p.m., in the La Verkin City Council Chambers, 111 South Main Street, La Verkin, Utah, during its regularly-scheduled meeting, to receive public input on the following: 1. An Ordinance amending the City Zoning Map of and for the City of La Verkin, rezoning from General Commercial (COMM) to Multiple Family residential (R-3-6), two parcels with the Tax ID # LV-NVCP-2, a 1.26-acre parcel located at 740 North State Street and LV-NVCP-1-A-1, a 1.09-acre parcel located directly south of 740 North State Street. 2. A proposed 6-lot subdivision located at 70 South 100 East, Tax ID # LV-62-B & LV-63-C (Chaco Ridge Subdivision). Copies of the Ordinance and preliminary plat are available in the office of the City Recorder at 435 North Main Street, La Verkin, Utah. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Christy Ballard, City Recorder, (435) 635-2581, at least 48 hours in advance. Certificate of Posting The undersigned City Recorder does hereby certify that the agenda was sent to The Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the La Verkin City website at www.laverkin.org and at the City office buildings 111 S.
