NOTICE IF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 5:30 pm. in the Santa Clara City Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive to consider public comment on the following zone change request; 1. Consider a zone change from Planned Development Residential to Single Family Residential - Mixed Lot sizes R-1-10/ RA on 44.1 acres located between Rachel Drive and Bella Sol subdivision on the west and the extension of Red Mountain Drive on the east, and south of the Santa Clara City and Ivins city boundary. Also consider a zone change on an adjacent parcel to the south and east of Rachel Drive to an amended Planned Development Residential zone and Project Plan on 7.3 acres to allow townhomes. The Project Plan consists of the site plan and the proposed building elevation drawings. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the hearing Where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Chris Shelley at 435-673-6712 ext. 203 at lease24 hours prior to the hearing.
