- SALINA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing December 9, 2020, at 6:45 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 148-2020 an Ordinance Amending Chapter 16.04 Subdivision Standards.
