- VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held December 9th, 2020 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Town Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: A. ORDINANCE #2020-38 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER EIGHT OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). B. ORDINANCE #2020-46 AMMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 42 IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY AND COMPATABILITY BETWEEN OTHER SECTIONS OF VULU. C. ORDINANCE #2020-48 AMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 8.40 (Outdoor Lighting) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY BETWEEN OTHER SECTIONS OF VULU. D. ORDINANCE # 2020-49 ELIMINATING THE RESORT ZONE FROM 'VULU' AND ADDING THAT LOCATION TO THE CURRENT HIGHWAYRESORT ZONE.
