- COALVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, November 23, 2020 at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. This meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, only 10 individuals will be allowed to meet in person which will be the Coalville City Mayor, Council, Staff, and a Wohali Representative. Others may connect to the meeting using the Zoom meeting information listed below. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Executive Session 3. Council Training 4.
