- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87514450054 or by phone at +1 312 626 6799 meeting ID: 875 1445 0054 to discuss the following matters: Rezone from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to General Commercial, at 4258 W 1700 S General Plan Map Amendment from Low-Density Residential to Commercial, at 4258 W 1700 S Proposed Amendment to 10.30, concerning residential building aesthetics Conditional Use Permit, for a dwelling alongside a business in the Neighborhood Services Zone at 1384 W 1700 S Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at PlanningDepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075, and must be received at least five (5) hours before the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
