Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 2 and Tuesday, December 8, at 6:00 p.m. Zoning Map Amendment from C-UV and R-3 to R-4 and C-2 located at 2350 East 750 South for approximately 15.96 acres. Proposed Text Amendments to Title 15, the City's Zoning Code. The City Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday, December 8, at 6:00 p.m. Rindlisbacher Annexation. Annexation of approximately 30 acres located at 1900 South 2000 West into the Spanish Fork City to be zoned R-R Planning Commission and City Council will be held in the High Chaparral at 475 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
