- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding proposed changes to the Public Pool Regulation. The proposed changes include removing redundant requirements related to the fencing of private pools, eliminating the requirement of a licensed pool operator, restructuring and re-formatting the regulation to match other Board of Health regulations, and revising the fee schedule. Copies of the proposed regulation are available for review at the Davis County Health Department, located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, or the Department website (https://go.usa.gov/x7dzG). Interested persons can contact Ms. Rachelle Blackham, Director of the Environmental Health Services Division for the Davis County Health Department, at 801-525-5128 or rblackham@co.davis.ut.us. Written comments concerning the regulation will be considered as part of the hearing record if received at the Division office before 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2020.
