Mr. Torgerson was directed to work with Jason Mackelprang and Zach Leavitt at the County Courthouse for questions.
Rod Jolley - submitted his building application for a storage container at 136 S 100 W. The container has already been placed on the property, painted white. Ed noted that no more than 50% of the property can be built on and Mr. Jolley noted that if he later decides to build a shop, the container will be removed Doug noted that electricity is in and was supposed to be done by a licensed contractor. Mr. Jolley noted that the container is to store a skid steer out of the elements. Ed signed the application and advised to call Haley to get on the agenda and take the application to the town council meeting Thursday.
The updated nuisance ordinance was reviewed and discussed.
