- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Town Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, November 23, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council Chambers located at 295 East 300 North Main, Annabella, Utah. Chairman John Chartier conducting. Planning Commission 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing Public hearing to receive comments regarding the beginning of an update to the general plan I. Business Considerations: A. Roll Call B. Approval of Minutes II. Appointments: A. Bryan Morgan, regarding splitting property located at 95 East 100 North into two building lots III. Business: A. Discuss property status of home owned by Kevin Nebeker, located at 115 East Center B. Current Conditional Use Permits C. Current Building Permit applications D. Other Business IV.
