The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 10 2020. The Public Hearing will be held during the meeting at the Willard City Hall 80 W. 50 S. The public hearing will be held to take public comment on a proposed Re-zone request submitted by Matthew Francom for the property located at 432 North Main - Parcel #02-046-0086 to change the zoning from R-1/2 to C-N (Commercial Neighborhood.
