Public Hearing The Town of Genola Planning Commission gives notice of a Public Hearing Wednesday, December 3rd, 2020 scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. via ZOOM to Join the Zoom Meeting go to: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83916378090?pwd=R0pva1ZjRUxLb1UxZlhVMTY2OHVVdz09. Call the Town office for the meeting ID and pass code. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for property owned by Wallace E & Vera C. Duffin Parcel # 29.030.0045 located at 590 N. Main Street in Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at their December 9th, 2020 Town Council meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. via ZOOM to Join the Zoom Meeting go to: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89473621643?pwd=RThxZTIvaFM3WHo0cEhTdlhzdWNPdz09 Call the Town office for the meeting ID and pass code.
