Description/Agenda: CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on December 10, 2020. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is: Proposed City Code Title 10 Creation of a New City Zone-Public Facilities with a Mitigation Overlay Zone. The overlay zone would include a restriction of 'No Trespassing'. This zone would be applied to lot #'s 34,36,43 and 47 in Plat B of Thousand Oaks. Rezone Request from R-2 for R-1 for 185 West Lakeview Way The Planning Commission will hold a meeting immediately following the Public Hearing.
