- Due to COVID-19 Council Worksession there will be limited space in the council chambers, but will be held electronically for those who want to participate. If you would like participate please call the city offices (801-423-2770) or email (salemcity@salemcity.org) before 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20th to get the electronic meeting information. I-15 Interchange Discussion *Please Note: If you have an item that you would like to have discussed before the City Council, please fill out a request form, which is available on line at salemcity.org or at the City Office, and return it to the City Office by 5:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the meeting you would like to attend.
