Midvalley Road 1. CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR MEETING a. Pledge of Allegiance - b. Invocation -Audience invited to participate. c. Inspirational thought- c. Approval of agenda for November 24, 2020 d. Approval of minutes for November 10, 2020 e. Conflict of Interest Declaration- 2. PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE NO 2020-12-02-A, AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING CHANGES TO THE ENOCH CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 2, FENCE HEIGHTS-The Commission will hold a public hearing on fence heights. 3. DISCUSS ORDINANCE ON FENCE HEIGHTS AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL-The Commission will discuss fence heights and comments from the public and make a recommendation to the City Council. 4. PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE NO 2020-12-02-B, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ENOCH CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 2-20, SINGLE FAMILY AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING STANDARDS-The Commission will hold a public hearing on changes to the roof pitch ordinance. 5. DISCUSS ORDINANCE ON ROOF PITCH AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL-The Commission will discuss roof pitch changes and comments from the public and make a recommendation to the City Council. 6. DISCUSS ZONE CHANGE FOR TAPIA CONSTRUCTION/CROWTHER ZONE CHANGE FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL 2 (M-R-2) TO COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (C-C) AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR DECEMBER 8, 2020-The Commission will discuss zone change and set a public hearing. 7. DISCUSS AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE FINAL PLAT OF SETTLERS SQUARE, PHASE 2-Go Civil Engineering-The Commission will consider the Final Plat of Settlers Square, Phase 2 and make a recommendation to the City Council. 8. DISCUSS PUD'S AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING-The Commission will continue the discussion of PUD's and set a public hearing if ready. 9. DISCUSS ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING- The Commission will continue the discussion of accessory buildings and set a public hearing if ready. 10.. PUBLIC COMMENTS 11. Meetings of the Enoch City Planning Commission may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Enoch City Code of Revised Ordinances, Chapter 3-500, regarding meeting procedures including electronic meetings.
