- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, November 24, 2020 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 10, 2020. PUBLIC REVIEW - (Administrative) 1. Carlson ADU - CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, James Stratton, representing the property owner Robert Carlson, is proposing to construct an attached accessory residential dwelling unit (ADU) to an existing single family home. The property is located at approximately 3646 W 775 N. PUBLIC HEARING - (Legislative) 2. Amendments to Home Occupation - TEXT AMENDMENT Layton City is proposing a comprehensive amendment to the Home Occupation section of the Zoning ordinance to provide more clear and specific regulatory standards in Title 19, 'Zoning', Chapter 19.02, 'Definitions', and Chapter 19.06 'Land Use Regulations', Section 19.06.030 'Home Occupation'. ADJOURNMENT
