RIVERTON CITY, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Impact Fee Facilities Plan Notice is hereby given that Riverton City will hold a Public Hearing on December 1, 2020 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practicable. The Hearing will be held at the Riverton City Council Chambers located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, UT. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding an Impact Fee Facilities Plan for Fire, Paramedic, and Emergency Service. All interested persons will be given reasonable opportunity to be heard. Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan will be available for public review beginning November 20, 2020, at the following locations: Riverton City Recorder's Office located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, UT, the Riverton Library located at 12877 South 1830 West, and Riverton City's Website at www.rivertonutah.gov. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Riverton City will make reasonable accommodations for assistance to attend the Hearing by calling the Recorder's Office at (801) 208-3128 at least 24 hours prior to the Public Hearing.

Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
