Tanga Variance - 4932 S Waimea Way The Applicant is seeking relief from an eight-foot (8') required horizontal separation span between vertical retaining walls when a retaining wall system is employed to contain artificially backfilled earth in the R-1-1o zone. 2. Vicchrilli Variance - 2525 E Solar Dr The Applicant is seeking relief from a no point closer than setback line by crossing said code barrier two-feet (2') or less with a corner of a proposed garage addition in the R-1-8 zone 3.
