- NOTICE is hereby given that the Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearings on December 1, 2020 @ 1:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT to receive public comment on a proposed amendment to the Town Code, Title 9, Land Management Code: Chapter 6 Zoning, Chapter 7, Zoning, Chapter 10 Other Permits and Chapter 12, Design Standards for Construction. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments must be submitted to the Town Clerk, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than noon on November 30, 2020. The Brian Head Town Council will also hold a public hearing on December 8 2020 @ 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT to receive public comment on a proposed amendment to the Town Code, Title 9, Land Management Code, Chapter 6 Zoning, Chapter 7 Zone District Regulations, Chapter 10 Other Permits and Chapter 12 Design Standards for Construction. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments must be submitted to the Town Clerk, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than noon on December 7, 2020. Details of the proposed amendments are available at the Brian Head Town Hall during normal business hours. In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act, Brian Head Town will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing.
