Approval of Minutes A. November 11, 2020 2. Final Plat A. ANELA TOWHOMES PLAT B. The proposal involves creating 54 multi-family homes located at 1270 East 920 North. 3. Minor Plat Amendment A. EAST MEADOWS. The proposal involves adjusting property lines creating 3 building lots at 2075 East 775 South. 4. Zone Change A. 338 EAST DUPLEX. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-6 to R-3 Infill Overlay to allow for a duplex to be built on the vacant lot located at 338 East 100 North. 5. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. VISTA VIEW. The proposal requests changing the current zone from C-UV and R-3 to R-4 and creating multi-family housing with 176 dwellings at 2350 East 750 South. 6. Annexation A. RINDLISBACHER.
