Emery County Board of Commissioners Lynn Sitterud Kent Wilson Gil Conover AGENDA 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes from the October 20, 2020 LBA Meeting. 2. Open, Review and Award bids for the Molten Salt Lab Phase 1 at the San Rafael Energy Research Center. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny addendum to agreement between Emery County and Scott Montgomery dba CT Electric. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny Service Line Agreement between Dominion Energy and Emery County regarding the service line installation at the San Rafael Energy Research Center. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny any bills to be paid through LBA. 6. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. 7. Adjourn.
