- MEETING AGENDA Darrell Kirby, Chairperson The regularly scheduled West Valley City Clean and Beautiful Committee meeting will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. in the West Valley City Hall, Lobby, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. Committee Members should RSVP to Craig Thomas at 801-963-3285 if they are unable to attend. Posted November 16, 2020. No official committee meeting will be held. Committee members have been invited to assist with decorating the lobby at City Hall and will be staggering times from 9 am to noon to follow current public health guidelines.
