- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 12, 2020, the Board of Trustees of the Local Building Authority of Circleville Town, Utah (the 'Issuer'), adopted a resolution (the 'Resolution') declaring its intention to issue its Lease Revenue Bonds (the 'Bonds'), pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, and the Utah Local Building Authority Act, Title 17D, Chapter 2, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended (collectively, the 'Act'), as amended and to call a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds for financing the construction of a town park and related improvements. The Issuer shall hold a public hearing on December 10, 2020, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. The location of the public hearing will be a virtual meeting on Zoom. The Zoom Meeting ID is 847 0228 5758 and the password is: cvtown. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact that the construction of the town park and related improvements (the 'Project') financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector.
