MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2020 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of Business Licenses: a. Side By Customs, LLC, 1572 South 1100 West. b. Huff's B&B, 142 South 1980 West. c. Corey Milne Consulting, LLC, 1066 North 3650 West. 4. Public Hearing: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - First Public Hearing. 5. Discussion/action on 2021-22 Capital Investments Plan. 6. Discussion/action on Conservation Easement regarding Allen. 7. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 8. Closed executive session in accordance with the purposes set forth in Utah Code 52-4-205. 9. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 12, 2020. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
