NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its City Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 12 noon. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) Discuss and Approve New Land Use Ordinance to allow Monumental and Pylon Signs in R&C-1 2) Discuss and Approve New Home Impact Fees-Jeremy Taylor 3) Central Utah Correctional Facility – Steve Turley, Director UDC, Warden Dennis Sorensen, and Alan James, Director UCI 4) Discuss Proposed Chalk Hill Telecommunications Tower, Terracon 5) Discuss and Approve Installation of Venting System-Communication Room and Kitchen Back Storage 6) Present Plan for Infrastructure Upgrades – Culinary Water System- Council Member Steve Buchanan 7) Discuss Attendance to Utah League of Cities and Towns upcoming Convention April 13-15, St. George 8) Swimming Pool Update, Discuss and Approve– Council Member Brian Jensen 9) Approve Minutes from Work Meeting on Wednesday March 9, 2011, and City Council Meeting Wednesday March 9, 2011 10) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 11) Approve Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
