- NOTICE is hereby given by JoAnn Evans, Duchesne County's Clerk-Auditor, that on Monday, November 16 2020 the County Commissioners are to canvass the General Election returns at 130 pm in the Conference Room at the Duchesne County Administration Building, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne Utah.
