- NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on November 18, 2020 at 6:30pm or shortly thereafter in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. Public hearing to rezone property for land located at approximately 875 East 3300 North (Mountain View Park) from residential R-1-10 to Civic Zone (CV) In compliance with the ADA individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
