- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, December 1, 2020 a public hearing will be held AT 7:00 P.M. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2019-00824. A proposal is before the Council to consider a request to vacate a portion of 800 North Street adjacent to I-15 and Warm Springs Road. The applicant owns the property to the north and proposes that the vacated area will be split between the owners to the north and south. The closure will not impact traffic or access. The subject right-of-way is no longer used as a roadway and is generally unoccupied. This meeting will be electronic pursuant to the Chair's determination that conducting the meeting at a physical location may present a substantial risk to the health & safety (due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic) of those who would otherwise be present at an anchor location, and pursuant to SLC Emergency Proclamation.
