- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings via electronic or telephonic means on November 24, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The hearings include: Ault Farms Master Development Plan for 750 acres of land located on the east side of Pony Express Parkway near 3000 North; B&H Landholdings Rezone & General Plan Amendment for about 160 acres of land located at parcel 59.034.0003; Code amendment to change EMMC 17.58 Historical Preservation Zone to Historical Preservation Overlay Zone and incorporate additional process elements; Code amendment to revise EMMC 17.62 Ridgeline Protection Standards to a Ridgeline Protection Overlay Zone; and Code amendment to remove the lot size transitioning section and references to it from EMMC 17.60. Those interested in the hearings are encouraged to provide public comment through voicemail message at 801-789-6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
