Executive Session: For any purpose allowable under statue 52-4-504 Consent Agenda: Resolution 2020-200, motion to approve minutes from 10/08/2020 Reports: (5 min each) Financial Officer's Report Director's Report CAO's Report Discussion/Action: Resolution 2020-201 Review and discussion about the start of school 2020, how things are going, and state of school and possible action in relation to changes because of the pandemic. Discussion/Action: Resolution 2020-202 Discussion/Approval of state required reopening plan (required monthly recertification) and re-approval of reopening chart for parents. Discussion/Action: Resolution 2020-203 Discussion/Approval of 2020-21 Fiscal Budget Increase payroll by 100K for 2020-21, unfreezing salary scales and increasing the scales by 1-3%, and the remainder for bonuses. Discussion/Action: Resolution 2020-204 Discussion/Approval of Employee Salary Scale Discussion/Action: Resolution 2020-205 Discussion/Approval of At-risk student definition as: At Risk of Academic Failure definition: Students with chronic absenteeism of 90% or less attendance rate; students with issues of emotional or social problems that affect school performance; students reading below grade level as measured by state reading test data; students on free/reduced lunch; students with behavioral issues; students with limited English proficiency; and any other issues that may affect student performance.
