RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. at the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 S. Redwood Road to take public comment on the following application: Janece Dorrity has filed an appeal to a decision by Riverton City regarding property at 4478 West Spring Park Circle. A second driveway was installed on that property but adjacent fencing does not meet the maximum height requirements of Riverton City ordinance. Riverton City notified the owner that the driveway could not be used until and unless fence height was compliant. The appeal is in review of that decision. Due to restrictions in place related to COVID-19, this meeting will not be open for public attendance. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. The application will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. The application and the meeting broadcast will be made available through the link below. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the date prior to the hearing will be relayed to the Board. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
