NOTICE TO MORGAN CITY RESIDENTS
OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the City Council will hold a public hearing and consider approval of the following item:
REZONE REQUEST - Agricultural (A) to Single Family (R-1-10) designation; Property located at approximately 550 North 400 West, Morgan, Utah; Parcel No. 00-0055-3410; Serial No. 04-149-15; Contains 11.25 acres.
This public hearing will be held electronically in accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-210 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act. Pursuant to a written determination by the Mayor finding that conducting the meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present due to infection and the potentially dangerous nature of COVID-19 virus, public meetings will be held electronically, until further notice. No physical meeting location will be available.
All interested parties are encouraged to electronically attend the meeting to express their opinions on the matter.
