- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, November 19, 2020 beginning at 6:00 pm. Due to restrictions in place related to COVID-19, this meeting will be held electronically and live streamed on the city's Facebook page. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider amendments to the 2020-2021 fiscal year budgets. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider proposed amendments to Chapter 2, Land Use, Urban Design and Neighborhood Preservation of the City's General Plan. Amendments are to address State of Utah moderate income housing requirements. Information on how comment and join the meeting can be found on the City's website and on the posted agenda.
