The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting November 10, 2020 at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes -- Mayor - October 6, 2020 City Council Work Session held at 6:00 p.m. - October 13, 2020 Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30 p.m. - October 27, 2020 Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30 p.m. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor - Transaction Register dated 10-01-2020 to 10-31-2020 in the amount of ($59,299.48). 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions -- Mayor - Claims Register dated 10-26-2020 to 11-03-2020 in the amount of $171,635.60 7. Discussion/Action - North Sanpete School District - Discussion on the road at the Old Elementary being deeded to the School District 8. Presentation - Jon Haderlie - City Audit Report 9. Presentation - Chief of Police - Police Department Report 10. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 11. Discussion/Action - Fire Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Fire Department. 12. Discussion/Action -- Power Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Power Department. 13. Discussion/Action -- Public Works Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Public Works Department. - Sewer Presentation 14. Council Reports - Justin Atkinson - Kevin Stallings - Russell Keisel - Rondy Black - Sam Draper 15. Mayor Report 16.
