In light of health concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent Executive Order by Governor Herbert this meeting will be held electronically. Consideration of Wood Hollow Subdivision to install improvements or call on the improvement completion assurance - Jeff Anderson, City Engineer 3. DISCUSSION AND PRESENTATIONS a) Westfield's Central Project Update - Josh Yost, Community Development Director b) SCAD Reports 4. CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION - The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
