IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, November 17, 2020 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on recommendation to approve a Concurrent Land Use Amendment from LDR (Low-Density Residential) to RMU (Resort Mixed-Use) and HDR (High Density Residential); and a Zone Amendment from RA-5 (Residential Agriculture District, minimum lot size 5 acres) to RMU (Resort Mixed Use), R-M (Resort Multi-Family District) and R-1-5 (Single-Family Residential District, minimum lot size 5,000 sq ft), on approximately 18.172 Acres Applicant/Owner: Teancum Properties, LLC and Washington County School District-Owner. AnA Enterprises, LLC-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately Fitness Way and Guy Lane.
