CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, November 10th 2020 The Planning Commission of the City of Holladay will hold their regularly scheduled meeting by electronic means, with no physical location, in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, as currently modified by Executive Order of the Governor of the State of Utah. PUBLIC HEARING 2. 'The Apollo' Amended Conceptual/Preliminary Plan and Plat - 2265 E Murray Holladay Rd (HV) Presentation by applicant, Chris Ensign of proposed amendments to approvals previously granted for a mixed-use retail and residential condominium development. Planning Commission to review this permitted redevelopment project for compliance with conceptual and preliminary plan and HV zone regulations. File #19-9-15 ACTION ITEMS 3. '5420 South Cottonwood Lane PUD' Final Plat - 5420 S Cottonwood Ln (R-1-43 Zone) Review of proposed subdivision improvements by property owner, Steve Hopkins in accordance with previously condition approvals and R-1-43 zone regulations.
