- NOTICE AND AGENDA CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT November 19, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland Hills Board of Adjustment meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 6:00 pm. The Board of Adjustment meeting will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will be held electronically with only the Board at the anchor location. A. Business and Discussion 1. Appeal filed by Ryan Walz-930 South Maple Ravine Circle for the following: - To allow the elevation of the roof to exceed the city's allowed elevation based on the slope. - To allow the home to fall outside the previously approved building envelope. - To allow the Allowing the driveway to lay in the 20 feet non disturbance area and to abut against the side of the property.
