WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONING TEXT HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held on November 17, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held on November 24, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss: Application ZT-7-2020, filed by West Valley City Requesting a zone text change to create the Chesterfield Overlay Zone. In accordance with Section 52-4-207 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, the Mayor, on behalf of the West Valley City Council, has authorized City Council Meetings to be held electronically without establishing an anchor location. This authorization is based on the finding that conducting electronic meetings with an anchor location would present a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who would be present at the anchor location Both meetings may be held electronically.
