Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Section 17B-1-609, Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended, the Administrative Control Board of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District (the 'Board') will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider the adoption of the 2021 budget for the Utah Valley Road Special Service District. After the public hearing, the Board may make final adjustments to the tentative budget of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District and by resolution shall adopt said budget to be in effect for the next calendar year, subject to further amendment.
